Help Us Launch a Pro-Choice PAC in a Banned State — May 7

Please join Project 50’s “How We Win” forum on May 7th!

Your support is critical to our work to launch a new pro-choice political organization in an abortion ban state this year.

In Illinois, we know how to build political power for reproductive rights. We’ve been doing it for decades by supporting our homegrown pro-choice political organization, Personal PAC.

The funds Project 50 raises through your attendance at our “How We Win” forum on May 7 are critical to our work to launch a new pro-choice political PAC in an abortion banned state.

Personal PAC’s strategic leadership and 365 day-a-year laser-focus on abortion have enabled Illinois to become a haven for women and girls whose home states have banned and are now criminalizing deeply personal decisions about the full range of pregnancy options.

This past election, Project 50-backed candidates in every state performed significantly better than comparable candidates whose voters did not receive our messaging. Project 50’s work has re-affirmed:

  • There are pro-choice voters in every state - even states burdened with the most extreme abortion bans.

  • Pro-choice donors in every state are ready to fund the work of communicating with voters to make sure they know which candidates threaten their rights.

  • Yet many abortion banned states don’t have locally led political organizations targeting reproductive rights opponents for defeat, messaging to pro-choice voters in language that matches local values, and asking politically minded supporters to fund the work.

Project 50 will accelerate our work in 2025 by launching a new pro-choice PAC in an abortion banned state that urgently needs this leadership.

By attending “How We Win,” you will enable us to build pro-choice political power in an abortion banned state. That’s a pretty good return on investment.

You can RSVP online HERE or directly to Erin Schuler, at info@project50.net. We hope to see you on May 7.
